JOB SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for an Infrastructure Business Unit Manager with 10 years IT delivery and management experience to manage resources and drive performance and service delivery outputs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Degree in IT and/or Relevant equivalent Business Related qualification
ITIL Certification (Expert Level)
COBIT skills (advantageous)
+5 Years IT Delivery and Management experience
10 years of Experience in IT Services Delivery
Proven track record to manage complex, high-pressure job environments
Extensive operational knowledge of managing, and administrating SLAs as agreed with all customers
Experience in change management and change-related processes, incidents, and escalations, and timeous resolution.
Experience engaging with and selling at Senior Management to C-level Executives
Experience in analysing and exploring market trends; identifying new opportunities in Service Management
Responsible for resource planning and organisation, performance management and coaching of Management Operations
Collaborate with other business unit managers, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth
Participate in monthly Exco meetings, business review meetings and monthly forecast discussions
Manage the Management income statement and ensure profitability is attained in line with targets set
Proven track record of growing customer and market share and managing stakeholder relations
Successful people management experience

Overall Responsibilities:

Manage resources and drive performance and Service Delivery outputs
Strategy Development and Management
Maintain continued Service Improvement and ensure both the clients’ and company’s objectives are met.
Stakeholder / Account(and/or Vendor) Relationship Management
Sales Management and driving New Business opportunities
