SUMMARY:

Senior Linux Client Engineer

Are you passionate about Linux engineering, automation, security, and cloud technologies? We are looking for an experienced Senior Linux Client Engineer to take ownership of our enterprise Linux client platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, compliant, and optimized for both office and production environments.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, automating, and supporting Linux-based solutions that power critical business and manufacturing operations, while driving innovation through Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern DevOps practices.

POSITION INFO:
Essential Skills Technical Expertise Extensive experience with Unix\/Linux operating systems , including: Ubuntu Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) Deep hands-on experience with: Ansible Automation Ansible Tower \/ AWX Infrastructure and Configuration as Code practices Advanced scripting and automation experience using: Bash Python Perl Strong experience with: GitHub GitOps methodologies and repository management Experience with: System monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana or similar tools Enterprise backup and recovery solutions Strong knowledge of: Secure coding practices Security hardening and vulnerability remediation Configuration as Code principles Solid understanding of networking concepts, including: DNS DHCP SSH TCP\/IP Proxy configuration
