POSITION INFO:
Job Description: As a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer, the successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and optimising modern cloud environments whilst driving DevOps maturity across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Build, maintain, and optimise Infrastructure as Code environments using Terraform and CloudFormation Develop and enhance CI\/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines, and AWS CodePipeline Lead containerisation and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes Establish and improve cloud governance, security, compliance, and FinOps best practices Drive cloud transformation projects and contribute to enterprise platform strategy Define operational processes, monitoring standards, SLAs, and platform reliability frameworks Implement automation solutions that improve deployment efficiency and reduce operational overhead Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to support scalable, resilient production environments Identify opportunities for cloud cost optimisation and operational improvements Tech Stack & Environment: AWS Microsoft Azure Terraform AWS CloudFormation Docker Kubernetes GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Bitbucket Pipelines AWS CodePipeline Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Cloud Security & Governance FinOps & Cost Optimisation Skills & Experience: Extensive experience within Information Technology, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related IT jobs.
