Key Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure systems
Support servers, networks, and cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ensure system security and performance
Assist with upgrades and deployments

Experience & Skills / Ideal Candidate

Relevant IT qualification or experience
Basic knowledge of networking and servers
Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS advantageous)
Understanding of security principles
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
