JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in Centurion seeking for a young and self-motivated individual who can work an inside sales specialist (Outbound Sales Specialist). We need someone who is a go-getter and very good in selling and attracting clientele. To be successful as an outbound Sales Specialist you should be able to build a good relationship with people/potential customers, have customer care and be a good listener.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inside Sales specialist Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers by making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up to date with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Up selling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:

Matric is a must.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
