JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established Financial Insurance company is looking for Insurance consultant to be part of their dynamic team. Your role would be to focus on providing an end to end service and support to brokers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Providing telephonic/email support to the intermediary on record, authorised representatives from the brokerage and broker services
Assisting with general insurance and policy specifics enquiries
Assisting with insurance of new policies/policy maintenance and renewal aspects of policies
Resolve all Insurance queries within the required timeframe and compliance requirements
Undertaking to adjust premiums in line with new asset values
Adhering to underwriting criteria and regional requirements

Requirements

Must have grade 12 with 60% in Mathematics and 60% English or any higher qualification EG: RE, NQF 5 etc
Completed RE would be an advantage
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Short Term Insurance, Commercial lines , Underwriting or Agri assets
Experience in contact centre technology applications
Must gave good understanding of contact centre processes and SLA's
