SUMMARY:
Our client in the Insurance Industry has an EE opportunity available for an Insurance Technical Advisor to be based in the Roodepoort area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

15 years’ or more experience working with non-life insurers or within a non-life insurance company as a technical expert
University degree or other relevant qualification
Extensive knowledge of all classes of insurance or segments and facets in the non-life insurance industry
In depth understanding of all technical insurance issues and/or emerging trends
Ability to management and coordinate various projects simultaneously (multi-task) using Project Management and Time Management skills
Ability to work within a team, understanding of EQ is essential

KPAs:

Responsible for all technical insurance issues
Identify challenges and new developments in the technical insurance area across all the non-life insurance segments
Responsible for creating special forums to enhance the sustainability of the non-life insurance market and to act as project leader for these forums
Implement approved projects
Develop reports for all projects implemented
Consult with relevant stakeholders in the non-life insurance industry as far as technical insurance matters are concerned
