POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

The Product Operations Coordinator supports the effective management of home appliance product lines by coordinating promotions, managing product samples, and ensuring accurate data tracking. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing product promotions and pricing in collaboration with sales and field teams
• Coordinate and manage new product sample distribution across all home appliance categories
• Support and follow up on IPMS processes, ensuring alignment across departments
• Collect, track, and analyse product performance and sell-out data
• Review and verify customer requests (CRs) and ensure billing accuracy
• Provide administrative support across all product lines
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of product-related information

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics environments is advantageous

Work Location： ◊ Bedfordview, Johannesburg

• Working Hours: 8:00-16:30
