SUMMARY:
Period: 3 January 2022 – 30 June 2022 (6 months)
Purpose:
An exciting opportunity for creative, smart people who want to make a difference in the confectionery industry! To cover for the brand manager during her maternity leave. The work involves managing the day-to-day marketing activities, implementing and overseeing the 2022 marketing strategy, consumer and agency engagement.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Manage the Creative Agency
• Assess and Recommend Strategic Opportunity
• Oversee the Digital Plan and Content Strategy
• Manage Project Management Process
• Coordinate and Manage New Product and Launches
• Facilitate Communication with Relevant Internal and External Stakeholders
• Maintain Brand Image Across all Platforms and Channels
• Provide Strategic Input into The Marketing Strategy
• Identify Trends, Issues, and Opportunities for Brand Growth and Development
• Oversee Marketing Campaigns

• Consumer Insights and Understanding
• Ability to Analyse Sales Data and Necessary Marketing Strategy
• Meticulous and Attention to Detail
• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or Related
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
