SUMMARY:
About the Role:

We are actively seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an intermediate analyst within the Trading and Markets team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business analysis is conducted in line with business requirements and the necessary artefacts are produced, you will maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and positively contribute to the company culture and internal efficiency of the team

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to meticulously elicit and document business requirements for new and existing systems
Define business processes (as-is and to-be), perform gap analysis, and identify solution requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document customer-specific requirements related to the implementation of the Trading and Market service offerings (system integration, dashboards, and reporting)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)â
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificationâ
SAFe and/or Agile Certification beneficial

Work Experience:

5+ years’ experience in business analysisâ
Proven experience in the implementation of large projectsâ
Exposure to/experience in the Energy or Electricity industry will be an advantage
