• Degree in Information Systems 

Skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years'' management of software development projects
• Development experience is advantageous
• Must understand software development principles
Key Accountabilities:

 

• Ensure client satisfaction in IT, systems delivery, and platform - Measure through  client satisfaction, Balance Scorecard and level of Escalations
• SDLC Execution: Management of all activities within the SDLC
• Issue resolution
• Lead and manage project resources
• Plan, monitor and report on software delivery
• Manage vendors
