Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences
• 5-6 years’ experience
• Power BI
• SQL
• PL-SQL
• Project Management
• Budget Management
• Risk Management
• Business Analysis
• Data Virtualisation

Responsibilities:

• Performs service improvement and optimization
• Build trusting, collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and support teams
• Train users on Power BI as needed
• Track key process metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Help facilitate cross team communication collaboration
• Performs technology administration and maintenance
• Executes against administrative requests logged against the technology
• Delivers against logged requests for new or enhancements to technology features and/or components
