SUMMARY:
Shape the Future of Retail Tech in SA! Our client, a leading retailer is on the hunt for an Intermediate Back-End Developer to join their dynamic IT team. You’ll play a key role in developing and supporting cutting-edge software solutions that drive our daily operations and customer experience. Working closely with the GM of IT and Lead Developer, you’ll collaborate with in-house Developers and external partners to deliver projects that bring our business’s strategic vision to life.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

5+ years of back-end development experience
Strong expertise in Python, PHP, REST APIs, FastAPI/Django
Experience in ETL design, relational databases, and Linux
Solid knowledge of Git/version control, code releases, and software testing
Bonus: C#, Perl, Symfony framework, or Elastic Search experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field (plus certifications = a big win!)
