SUMMARY:
Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

B.Tech in Quantity Surveying (NQF 7) or equivalent.
At least 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar Built environment (for Junior) / 5 years’ relevant experience (for Intermediate)
Must be proficient in Candy (CCS – Construction Computer Software) – currently working on CCS for a minimum of 1 year for Junior QS & 5 years for Intermediate QS.
Prepared to travel to project locations.
Valid Driver’s License and own transport.

Preferred Competencies:

Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and BuildSmart.
Excellent planning, organising, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise and focus on deliverables.
A motivated self-starter who takes a proactive and solution-driven
