Intermediate SQL Data Engineer with Azure – Remote – R960k PA

A Consulting Business entity within the Technology space, who are the experts in data engineering, data science and software, seeks the advanced skills of a SQL Data Engineer with Azure to join their successful team of Engineers

You will work within a team solving complex problems to deliver real business value across a wide range of industries. You will be required to develop best practices and drive improvements in data engineering across the business.

Requirements:

  • 4- 6 years Azure SQL Database
  • Azure Storage / Data Lake
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Databricks
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Experience in Python
  • MS SQL
  • Experience with streaming technologies such as Apache Spark
  • Kafka

Qualifications

  • Degree/ Honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering
