We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or a recently registered professional to join our team in Durban in an intermediate to senior capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic project environment and grow within a professional team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements

BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying
Preference will be given to graduates from TUKS, UFS, or UCT
Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience
Professional registration (or in the process of registering) is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
Managing project costs from inception to completion
Conducting valuations, cost reporting, and financial forecasting
Contract administration and managing variations
Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial objectives
