POSITION INFO:

As a Business Data analyst, you will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, crafting compelling data stories. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of the company’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can influence business strategies.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Leverage Power BI to visualize data in a way that is both accessible and useful for non-technical stakeholders.
• Craft compelling data narratives and visual stories that effectively communicate key insights and business implications to stakeholders.
• Present complex data and analyses in a clear and concise manner, using data visualizations to tell the story behind the numbers.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of data quality and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for data storage and analysis.
• Certification in Power BI, data analytics, or related fields is a plus.
• Engage with senior management and other key stakeholders to provide regular updates, reports, and insights that drive decision-making.
