A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint an Intern: Assurance & Monitoring (18 month fixed term contract)

POSITION INFO:

Certified copy of your ID Certified copy of Academic transcript Your CV and motivational letter Work based exposure may include the following: Assist in the implementation of internal control reviews and control self-assessment. Assist in developing control improvement plans, key controls, and indicators to proactively identify potential control failures. Track and monitor progress against the implementation rate and effectiveness of corrective actions. Assist in reviewing and monitoring all the assurance work completed at the designated areas of responsibility\/processing centres\/regions. Maintenance of the monthly Combined Assurance Dashboard Of overdue and repeat findings. Attend Task Team Meetings, administration functions such as drafting the agenda, sending meeting invites, drafting minutes, and following up on matters arising and action plans. Contribute to the preparation and submission of reports. Attend to inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
