MIDRAND

Gijima is recruiting 1 x Business Analyst intern for their head office in Midrand on an Internship program.

POSITION INFO:
The criteria is as follows: -

Candidates must have completed a relevant 3-year tertiary qualification Business and/or Data Management (e.g., Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Process Management, Data Engineering, Business Analysis)
Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, email and Internet
No criminal record.
Be currently unemployed and not participating in any other learnership or internship programme
Candidates must currently be unemployed.
Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program.
Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) – relocation is NOT an option.
Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 August 2025.
Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, Coloured and Indian.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus: Map, improve, and document business processes to align with the Solution Development Value Chain and automation-readiness standards.

Process mapping using BPMN and Visio swimlanes.
Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
Business process documentation to quality standards.
Awareness of automation opportunities and integration points.
Assist in documenting as-is and future-state processes for various business units.
Facilitate process walkthroughs and capture stakeholder feedback.
Apply the CoE Quality Assurance Process to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and standardised.
Support process integration mapping for upstream and downstream activities
