A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint an Intern: People Management (18 month fixed term contract)

Attend to all HC related queries received from management and employee Assist with administering employee relations and disciplinary issues Arrange, coordinate, and attend meetings Interpret and advise line management and employees on Human Capital policies Provide advice on grievance management Administer Leave management Administer payroll inputs received Deal with staff promotions, transfers, and terminations Maintain and update monthly reports. Administer the HR filing system Dealing with Performance Management related issues Filing of CV's and personal documents. Arrange venues, agendas and take minutes of HR related meetings.
