A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint an Intern: People Management (18 month fixed term contract)

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience: (ONLY PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES MAY APPLY) Please specify what your disability is Certified copy of Grade 12 \/ Matric certificate Certified copy of relevant NQF Degree \/ Advanced Diploma \/ Degree in Human Resource Certified copy of your ID Certified copy of Academic transcript Your CV and motivational letter Work based exposure may include the following: Recruitment and Selection related to advertising; screening; short-listing and placement of candidates. Attend to all HC related queries received from management and employee Assist with administering employee relations and disciplinary issues Arrange, coordinate, and attend meetings Interpret and advise line management and employees on Human Capital policies Provide advice on grievance management Administer Leave management Administer payroll inputs received Deal with staff promotions, transfers, and terminations Maintain and update monthly reports. Administer the HR filing system Dealing with Performance Management related issues Filing of CV's and personal documents. Arrange venues, agendas and take minutes of HR related meetings.
