A leading Brokerage firm based in Parklands is offering an exciting opportunity to train and develop junior staff within their dynamic team. Based in a results-driven environment, you'll gain hands-on experience working with financial reports, client documentation, and internal systems—all while learning from industry experts.

Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is essential, as you’ll be working with a diverse client base and need to communicate with accuracy and professionalism. Own transport required.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (Matric) required; additional relevant qualifications will be a strong advantage
At least 2 years of proven administrative experience
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Technologically confident with strong computer skills and high attention to detail
Eager to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the role
Highly deadline-driven with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Willing to put in extra time when needed, especially during initial training and while learning new systems

DUTIES

Assisting a designated broker with all administration and report requirements
Manage discrepancies to be addressed with client.
Data capturing - Import clients details.
Managing data input requirements and various programes
Prepare and manage the portfolio of client reports
Manage timelines for administration to be completed by
Ensure that client reports are error free.
Adherence to a turnaround time of 48 hours on all tasks unless otherwise directed.
Attend to any additional tasks allocated by team for admin
Collate, prepare and email guarantee schedules to relevant clients.
Prepare and email monthly financial spreadsheets prior to the end of the relevant month.
Order stationery as needed & ensure stationery is always at optimum levels.
Liaise with all service providers on any issues as and when they arise.
Ensure that invoices are received timeously so that payment can be made at month end.
Attend to the personal requests of both directors.
Ensure that travel expenses are received from all staff members and submitted to the director by no later than the 10th of the month.
Ensure that the overall office is neat and tidy
Ensure that daily grooming and attire should be in line with the company’s corporate image.
Answering of clients incoming calls

Salary: R15 000ctc dependent on experience.
