POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing:
As an Internal Audit Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal audit function. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing a team of internal auditors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Developing and executing comprehensive audit plans to evaluate financial and operational controls.
Identifing and mitigating risks, as well as recommending improvements to enhance processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management to implement audit recommendations.
Staying current with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.
Overseeing the development of audit strategies that strengthen internal controls.
Promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
To excel in this leadership role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CIA certification is highly desirable).
Extensive experience in internal auditing, including leadership roles.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and auditing standards.
The ability to manage and mentor a team of audit professionals.
