SUMMARY:
Largest of their sort in Africa, this company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to head up their team in Johannesburg North.

POSITION INFO:
The incumbent will be responsible for the full internal audit management function, including but not limited to:

Ensuring compliance with policies
Assessing financial processes
Identifying potential risks
Leading audit teams
Providing insights to senior management for risk mitigation
Drawing up the internal audit strategy and annual plan
Presenting audit findings and recommendations to the board of directors, audit committee, and senior management

Minimum requirements:

Completed BCom degree or equivalent
Completed CIA qualification
Proven experience in an Internal Audit Manager role
Experience managing a team of minimum 5 people
