The successful Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for:

• Play  a key role in all phases of audit and advisory engagements and will interact with senior and middle management across the organisation.
• conducting engagements, managing projects, to doing research, collating information or providing analytical insights.
• Assist in identifying and assessing specific and ad-hoc / unique strategic, operational, reporting, internal control and / or compliance risks, directly aligned to business strategy, ensuring delivery against the Internal Audit plan and associated methodology

Qualifications:

• BCom Honours/ Masters In Internal Audit
• CIA / CA(SA) Completed

Experience

• 8 years related experience, of which 3 years in an internal / external audit role
• Experience in leading and managing teams     
• Insurance Industry experience preferably
