A group provides short-term and life insurance as well as investment products to a diverse customer base, including individual consumers, commercial entities and corporate clients is looking for an Internal Audit Manager.

The successful Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for:

Play a key role in all phases of audit and advisory engagements and will interact with senior and middle management across the organisation.
conducting engagements, managing projects, to doing research, collating information or providing analytical insights.
Assist in identifying and assessing specific and ad-hoc / unique strategic, operational, reporting, internal control and / or compliance risks, directly aligned to business strategy, ensuring delivery against the Internal Audit plan and associated methodology

Qualifications:

BCom Honours/ Masters In Internal Audit
CIA / CA(SA) Completed

Experience

8 years related experience, of which 3 years in an internal / external audit role
Experience in leading and managing teams
Insurance Industry experience preferably
