SUMMARY:
Are you a qualified CA(SA) with strong audit experience and a passion for strengthening governance within the financial services environment?
A well-established financial services organisation based in Woodstock is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while driving internal audit excellence and enhancing risk management frameworks.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute and manage internal audit engagements across the business
Perform risk assessments and develop detailed audit programs
Evaluate internal controls, governance processes and compliance frameworks
Identify control weaknesses and provide practical, value-adding recommendations
Present audit findings to senior management and relevant committees
Monitor implementation of agreed audit action plans
Contribute to continuous improvement of the internal audit function

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant – CA(SA)
4–7 years’ post-qualification experience (internal audit, external audit, or financial services exposure advantageous)
Strong knowledge of risk management, governance and regulatory frameworks
Experience within financial services is essential
Excellent analytical, report-writing and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
