POSITION INFO:

I am a specialist recruitment consultant who can assist you in exploring opportunities to grow your career within the large corporates and top employees.

Duties:

Contribute to the development of a flexible, agile and risk-based Internal Audit plan.
Stay abreast of developments in internal audit, FMCG principles, applicable governance and control frameworks.
Map end to end processes using process mapping software to identify and assess risks and controls.
Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and process efficiencies.
Attend stock counts at sites, and perform an evaluation of the stock count preparation, execution and finalisation.
Present audit findings to management and obtain comments for appropriate management action.
Manage planned time on audits within the agreed budget and timelines.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Honours Degree in Internal Audit, Accounting or Finance is essential.
CA (SA) is preferred.
CIA will be advantageous.

Experience:

3 /4 Years Internal Audit experience within an Audit Firm
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG environment or retail industry will be advantageous
