SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector has an opportunity available for an Internal Communications Manager to be based in the Midrand area. This will be a temp position for 5 months.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

B Degree/diploma in Marketing/Communication
3-5 years working experience in Internal Communications / Communications
Experience in digital marketing would be an advantage
Significant exposure to all elements of the communications value chain
Significant experience in the design, development and implementation of internal communications strategies
Substantial experience in written media, copy editing and publishing
Previous communications and change management experience
Experience in managing a number of communications projects in parallel

KPAs:

Manage the budget for internal communications and digital marketing
Develop and implement internal communications strategy
Manage the design and production of promotional material for internal communications
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email and social media
Liaise with internal stakeholders as required to establish communication & information requirements and to ensure that message content is relevant, accurate and well received
Manage the relationship with production houses and/or agencies to ensure that design, layout and deadline specifications are adhered to
