Our client is looking for an Internal Control Officer to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an Internal Control Officer to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilties:

• Establish the Internal Control Framework for The company’s Services Southern Africa, Botswana and Namibia, and any other legal entity within the SA Reporting function.
• Flowchart processes and document necessary procedures
• Identify gaps in Internal Control System, Recommend and place effective controls, under direction from Cluster CFO.
• Completion of the Control Assessment Procedure (CAP) document, as required by HQ, including sample analysis and checks, in areas not in current role
• Coordinate external audits and internal audits for the Head Office;
• Reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to Paris using internet based reporting
• Draft Training literature and train the employees on application of policies, procedures and processes.
• Complete and update all Internal Control Policies and procedures
• Investigation and Internal Audits on company processes to ensure business processes are compliant to the internal controls

• Audit Experience
• Internal Controlling experience essential
• Experience in systems implementation
• Should be prepared to travel
