POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Internal sales and customer account management. Preparing quotations and processing customer orders. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers. Identifying sales opportunities and promoting electrical, lighting, water and solar products. Following up on quotes, orders and deliveries. Providing technical product support and guidance to customers. Monitoring account profitability and margins. Managing account administration, supplier queries and payment follow-ups. Key Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical or lighting sales. Studying towards \/Electrical Engineering Diploma advantageous. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand technical product specifications. Experience with quotations, order processing and sales administration. Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. Self-driven, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
