POSITION INFO:
A well-established engineering supplier is looking for a strong Internal Sales and Project Coordinator to support their MRO and project business. This is a vital admin-driven role focused on quoting, coordination, and customer service within a technical environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in internal sales within a technical environment
3–5 years’ experience in project coordination
Background in valves, automation, or control systems
Strong experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel
Able to work with project-related documentation and technical quotes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations and tender submissions
Coordinate projects from start to finish (admin, documentation, and tracking)
Liaise with customers and internal departments throughout project lifecycles
Handle scope changes, customer requirements, and expectations
Maintain accurate document control and sales records
Follow up on leads, manage client communication, and support external sales
Ensure compliance with sales procedures, T&Cs, and project risks
Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving ability
Customer-focused, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
