POSITION INFO:
Position Summary B2K is looking for a customer-focused and results driven Internal Sales Representative - Reseller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with resellers, distributors and trade partners within the bearings and power transmission market. This role combines sales, customer service and product knowledge, with a strong focus on accurate quotations, order processing, pricing and identifying opportunities to grow the product range supplied to reseller customers. Key Responsibilities Manage daily sales activities for assigned reseller and distributor accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners. Act as the primary internal contact for reseller enquiries, pricing and order support. Prepare accurate quotations for bearings, seals, lubrication products and power transmission components. Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Support resellers with pricing information and product alternatives. Process orders accurately and efficiently using the ERP system. Confirm product availability, pricing and delivery timelines. Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch. Maintain reseller price lists and discount structures in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with approved channel pricing, margins and discount structures. Provide product information, catalogues and technical specifications. Assist with bearing identification, cross-referencing and equivalent products. Liaise with suppliers and product specialists regarding technical enquiries. Respond promptly to reseller enquiries via telephone and email. Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues and product queries. Maintain accurate customer information and pricing agreements in the CRM\/ERP system. Track quotation activity and reseller sales performance. Assist with reporting and forecasting for reseller channels. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and increasing the product range supplied to reseller customers. Qualifications 2 - 4 years'' internal sales experience, preferably within industrial distribution or engineering products. Knowledge of bearings, mechanical components or industrial supply products. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Good product knowledge of bearings and mechanical components. Ability to identify bearings using part numbers, dimensions and manufacturer catalogues . Strong quotation preparation and follow-up skills. Ability to manage pricing discussions within approved margins and discount structures. Ability to identify sales and cross-selling opportunities. Strong order-processing accuracy with attention to pricing, quantities and product specifications. Proficiency in B2K\/Cockpit systems. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word . Strong professional communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple enquiries, quotations and orders simultaneously. Organised and detail-oriented. Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
