SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Person responsible for efficiently processing sales orders, managing inbound customer communication, and providing crucial support to our External Sales Representatives.

Requirements

Proven experience as an internal sales administrator within the manufacturing industry (paint / coatings / chemical).
Previous experience in a role that involves both phone-based and face-to-face customer interaction.
Experience with an ERP system is essential; direct, hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
Familiarity with a CRM system; experience with HubSpot.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly with data entry and order processing.

Duties

Accurately and efficiently process incoming sales orders using SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Generate and send quotations, pro-forma invoices, and order confirmations.
Verify all order details, including product codes, pricing, delivery information, and customer account status.
Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and coordinate dispatch.
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer.
Maintain and update customer records and log all interactions in CRM system.
Act as a key liaison between our external sales representatives and internal departments (e.g. finance, logistics, technical).
