The Sales Department at the Durban Branch has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Position: Internal Sales / Administrator

Location: Pinetown Durban SA

Industry:

Qualification:

Matric
Min 3 years’ experience in an Sales Administrative function

Role & responsibilities:

Fielding customer telephonic enquiries
Computer knowledge
Online Xero software and Excel for other admin functions)
Processing quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices
Credit note procedure
Ensuring only customers who are within their credit facility and term are supplied
Following a COD supply procedure
Following of an overdue account follow up procedure
Processing purchase quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices
Ability to learn the product technical aspects over time to ensure that the customers are offered and supplied with the correct products
Assisting with monthly stock takes
Assist with various control procedures relating to the above
Present well both telephonically and in person with customers
Attention to detail, honesty, punctuality is essential
Own transport
