JOB SUMMARY:
Professional Sales Administrator required for manufacturing company in Germiston to process orders, issue invoices, deal with customers, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education Requirements:

High school diploma; Futher study in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Qualifications in secretarial/admin studies will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (MS Office)

Excellent organizatonal skills.

Competency Requirements:

Able to work independently with minimal direction.
Excellent organizational skills and ability gather and share inforamtion.
Skills in all office application software: word processing and spreadsheets
Detail oriented with strong writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities:

Under general direction:

Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers'' personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Assisting with monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Complete other duties as assigned by Management.
