Role Overview
This position is geared towards a dynamic internal sales professional who can support and co-ordinate rental contracts, assist the external sales team, and ensure customers receive professional and efficient service throughout the sales process. The role requires someone who is commercially aware, technically confident, and able to identify customer requirements while helping drive sales performance in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and co-ordinate rental contracts
• Assist sales representatives in creating and converting opportunities
• Identify customer rental requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Communicate product and technical information clearly and confidently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Apply sound sales and negotiation techniques to support deal conversion
• Work closely with the broader team to help achieve regional sales targets
• Provide professional support in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Be available for standby duties when after-hours rental arrangements are required

• Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing (Preferred)
• Strong SAP experience is essential
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer relationships, or a related internal sales environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer literacy and general administration confidence
• Professional approach in all dealings
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in compressors, generators, pumps, nitrogen, steam applications, or related rental/product environments will be advantageous
