Internal Sales / Project Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Detail-driven Internal Sales & Project Coordinator needed in a technical environment where accuracy, client engagement, and project execution are key.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established engineering solutions provider is seeking an Internal Sales & Project Coordinator to support MRO activities and project execution within the valve, automation, and control industry. This role requires a strong balance of internal sales, quoting, and project coordination, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.

Education:

• National Diploma in Engineering / Sales / Marketing (advantageous)
• Project Management qualification (advantageous)

• 3–5 years’ experience in Internal Sales within a technical environment
• 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination / project-based environment
• Exposure to valves, automation, or control systems
• Strong experience in compiling quotations and costing
• Experience with CRM systems and advanced MS Excel
• Manage project coordination from initiation to completion
• Handle tender submissions and documentation control
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous)
• Exposure to MS Projects and AutoCAD (beneficial)
