Senior Internal Sales Administrator - Germiston
R20 000 (Depending on Experience)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric Order Processing: Receiving, checking, and processing customer orders via phone and email. Quoting & Invoicing: Preparing and sending quotes within specified timeframes and issuing invoices accurately. Support Sales Team: Supporting account managers and external sales representatives with administrative tasks and helping with upselling. Customer Support: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships. Customer Liaison: Act as the primary internal contact for client enquiries regarding stock availability, lead times, and order status. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery discrepancies. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and a proactive \"problem-solver\" mindset.
