SUMMARY:
Seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative within the T/ICT distributor industry. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in sales, customer engagement, and product support within a fast-paced technical environment.

POSITION INFO:
Junior Internal Sales opportunity within the T/ICT distributor industry, ideal for an energetic and driven individual looking to build a career in sales and technology distribution.

Responsibilities:

Required to communicate with customers in person, via telephone, and email, providing quotations aligned with customer requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and market trends to confidently offer appropriate solutions to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring all required sales activities are completed effectively.
Responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring seamless follow-through to final delivery and completion.
Target-driven individual with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Matric essential.
CompTIA N+ or other networking-related qualification required.
Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an internal sales role
Experience working with a CRM system is required.
Experience in wired and wireless networking, VoIP, IP surveillance, internal sales, or a call centre environment non-negotiable.
