POSITION INFO:
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join the team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing tailored quotations, managing sales activities and ensuring orders are successfully processed and completed. The role requires someone who is goal-oriented, able to work under pressure and capable of building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email and in person. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate quotations. Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Manage the full sales cycle. Process customer orders and follow up through to successful completion. Achieve sales targets and perform effectively under pressure. Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12 (Compulsory). 1-2 years' experience in a similar sales role. Experience with CRM systems, such as SAP. CompTIA Network+ or similar networking-related qualification (Required). Experience in the IT\/ICT industry will be advantageous. Background in Wired\/Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales or Call Centre environments is beneficial. Relevant tertiary Diploma or Degree will be an added advantage. Fluency in Afrikaans is essential.
