SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Westville, Durban.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, developing strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide tailored business technology solutions to B2B clients.
This role is suited to a driven and experienced B2B sales professional with a proven track record in new business development, lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, research, and other business development activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to closing. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospective clients. Conduct regular client visits and presentations where required. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions and services. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and developments within the business technology sector. Accurately maintain client and sales information on the relevant CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation and service delivery. Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12. 3-5 years' proven experience in B2B sales . Experience selling within the business technology, office automation, IT, telecommunications, or related business solutions industry is highly advantageous. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong new business development and prospecting experience. Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and client management abilities. Confident in conducting face-to-face and virtual client meetings. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams. A valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle would be advantageous.
