We are recruiting for a top-performing Internal Sales Order Clerk with proven experience in a high-volume FMCG or manufacturing environment.

This role requires someone who understands the pressure of daily order cycles, retail customers, and strict cut-off times, and can manage large volumes with precision and urgency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• End-to-end order processing on Syspro (high volumes, multiple channels)
• Managing orders from major customers, reps, and distribution channels
• Monitoring and actioning back orders, suspense orders, and daily status reports
• Ensuring pricing accuracy, contract pricing, and data integrity
• Daily communication of ETAs, stock availability, and order updates
• Coordinating closely with warehouse and sales teams to meet dispatch deadlines

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG / manufacturing / distribution environment
• Proven track record handling high-volume order processing
• Syspro experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of order lifecycles, stock, and dispatch processes
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and cut-off times

Strong Advantage If You Have

• Experience with retail groups / buying groups / portals (e.g. EDI, Agrinet, etc.)
• Exposure to contract pricing and pricing file updates
• Experience dealing with out-of-stock management and production coordination
