POSITION INFO:
Are you the glue that holds a sales office together? A leading player in the storage solutions sector is seeking a detail-driven Internal Sales Representative to support their Johannesburg branch. If you're passionate about excellent service, efficient systems, and being the engine behind the external sales team, then this one's for you!

ð¨ Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Relevant Diploma or Degree in Sales or a related field
Own reliable transport
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and customer service skills

ðï¸ Job Experience & Skills Required:

Confident answering calls and assisting walk-in customers
Accurately process quotes and orders on SAP
Maintain and follow up on SD quote bank and outstanding orders
Admin duties: Filing, forecasting assistance, and updating system remarks
Generate and distribute quality leads for the sales team
Familiarity with storage and materials handling products (advantageous)
Technical understanding of floor plan measurements or drawings (beneficial)
Team player with the ability to work independently
Capable of hitting sales targets and supporting external reps
