POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description: Join a dynamic and growing organisation that prides itself on delivering quality products and outstanding customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, providing sales support, processing quotations and orders, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. As the Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. You will play a vital role in supporting sales growth while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded at every stage of the sales process. Education: Grade 12 \/ Matric Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related qualification advantageous Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 3 years' experience in an Internal Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support role Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Experience preparing quotations and processing sales orders Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Experience working within a technical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical, or distribution environment will be advantageous Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using ERP and CRM systems Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Apply now!
