SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for an Internal Sales Representative to join an established automotive and manufacturing environment. This is a customer-facing sales role suited to someone with strong automotive product knowledge, technical understanding and a proven ability to manage the full internal sales process.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description Manage customer enquiries, quotations and order processing Follow up on leads, quotations and outstanding orders Provide technical product guidance based on customer and vehicle requirements Liaise with customers, dealerships, suppliers and internal departments Support external sales with quotations, stock checks and documentation Track orders and assist with resolving delivery or supply issues Maintain accurate customer and sales records Support sales targets through proactive customer engagement Skills & Experience 3-5 years' internal sales or account management experience Automotive, vehicle bodybuilding or manufacturing experience essential Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle modifications and accessories advantageous Experience with CRM\/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem-solving ability Self-motivated, persistent and deadline driven Qualifications Grade 12 \/ Matric Marketing or Engineering qualification advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
