SUMMARY:
We are recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Representative that will support the external sales team, manage customer enquiries, process quotations and orders, and build strong relationships with customers and dealers to join the Sales team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and web. Prepare, process and follow up on quotations and sales orders. Capture quotes and orders on the ERP system. Coordinate customer orders, payments and delivery schedules. Monitor open orders and ensure customers receive regular updates. Liaise with production, engineering, warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Provide technical product guidance and recommend suitable solutions. Support the external sales team with quotations, stock availability and customer follow-ups. Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. Minimum Requirements Grade 12. 3 to 5 years Internal Sales or Account Management experience. Automotive, vehicle body building, fleet management or vehicle modification industry experience is essential. Experience within automotive manufacturing ERP\/CRM system experience. Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook). Ability to interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings will be advantageous. Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
