POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
A well-established company in the mechanical equipment industry is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to handle customer queries, manage quotations, and support external sales efforts. You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, processing orders, and providing technical support related to mechanical products.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or a related field.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Excellent communication and client service skills
Internal sales or technical sales experience (preferably in mechanical equipment)
Strong attention to detail in processing orders and managing accounts
Ability to read and understand technical specifications
Knowledge of mechanical components and systems (e.g., pumps, compressors, gearboxes)
CRM and ERP system experience is an advantage
Reliable transport essential
