About the Role

As the Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing the full internal sales cycle – from processing quotes and sales orders through to invoicing and following up with customers. You’ll provide accurate product information, resolve queries, and play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process quotations and sales orders
Follow up on outstanding quotes and orders
Assist customers with queries and provide product information
Handle telesales to new and existing customers
Support planning of deliveries and collections
Perform general admin and assist with stock takes
Maintain strong communication with both clients and internal teams

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years internal sales experience (ideally in PPE or industrial products)
Matric (essential)
Fluent in English – verbal and written
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
Confident communicator and effective relationship builder
Excellent attention to detail in written correspondence
