Purpose of the Role
As an Internal Sales & Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from enquiry to order completion. This role blends customer service with internal sales, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric/Equivalent with Mathematics or Business Studies
Minimum 2 years in internal sales or customer service
Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong numeracy and administrative skills

ð¹ Advantageous Skills

Experience with Pastel Evolution
Background or knowledge in technical, construction, tooling, or similar industries
